4.1 Approved Payment Methods

4.4 Third-Party Payments Prohibited

Deposits must be made only from a payment method registered in the account holder's own name, and withdrawals must be made to the same method. Financial transactions through third parties are strictly prohibited.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New users on 29bbd will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳8,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 will earn a ৳1,000 bonus, bringing your total balance to ৳2,000. Or, depositing ৳18,000 or more will add the maximum ৳8,000 bonus, bringing your total balance to ৳26,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 25x, calculated on the bonus amount only. Example: if you receive a ৳1,000 bonus, you must wager a total of ৳25,000 before withdrawing bonus winnings. The deposit amount is not included in the wagering calculation.

5.3 General Bonus Terms

• Each user is eligible to receive the welcome bonus only once
• The bonus has a validity period — details will be provided at the time the bonus is issued
• If a withdrawal is requested before the bonus conditions are met, the bonus will be cancelled
• Attempting to claim bonuses using multiple accounts will result in all accounts being closed
• 29bbd reserves the right to modify or cancel the bonus program at any time

29bbd has five VIP tiers for regular players. Weekly cashback benefits are provided at each tier:

• Bronze: up to 0.2% weekly cashback
• Silver: up to 0.4% weekly cashback
• Gold: up to 0.6% weekly cashback
• Platinum: up to 0.8% weekly cashback
• Diamond: up to 1.0% weekly cashback

VIP tier advancement is based on active participation on the platform. Cashback benefits are credited directly to your account. 29bbd reserves the right to change the terms of this program at any time.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 29bbd platform and may result in account closure and forfeiture of associated funds:

• Using any form of fraud, manipulation, or dishonest methods
• Exploiting software bugs or technical errors
• Operating multiple accounts to abuse bonuses
• Playing games using automated bots or scripts
• Using your account for money laundering or any illegal financial activity
• Using abusive or threatening behavior toward other players or staff
• Attempting to hack the platform's systems or gain unauthorized access

11.1 Account Closure by 29bbd

11.2 Account Closure by the User

If you wish to voluntarily close your account, please notify our support team. All active bonus conditions and pending withdrawal requests must be settled before the account is closed.
